Serena has a decade of legal services and is a key member of GA Solicitors' company commercial team. She specialises in advising commercial partnerships, sole traders and directors of limited companies. Over her career, Serena has spent time in both local commercial law firms and as in-house legal counsel for an international manufacturer. Her experience is diverse, ranging from insurance, personal/employers liability, corporate governance and data protection and commercial contracts.
