Reassuring experience

5

Aimee called me back promptly after I contacted her office regarding self employment difficulties - being pursued by a former boss for monies claimed to be owed. She was friendly and approachable and I was impressed that she listened to a brief scenario without trying to channel me immediately into a consultation in person. Without going beyond her remit, she was able to give me some much needed reassurance. Thanks so much.

Had an initial phone call with Aimee today and she was very empathetic and helpful. She went beyond the level of assistance I expected in a first phone call. Would recommend based on this.
