From the second day Pardeep took up our purchase, he has been phenomenal. The level of honesty, attention to detail, approach, support, communication, I could go on.. Have been of a standard all in the industry should hold themselves to. Along with Estella, they took every challenge in their stride, helped us over ever hurdle (of which there were A LOT) and we wouldn’t be in the position we are with our them. Could not recommend more highly!

The best service we could’ve hoped for
Pardeep and Estella were fantastic from start to finish. Their communication and attention to detail was beyond our expectations. They were patient with us and went out of their way to help. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again for a home move.

Great Experience
I used Thomas Flavell for Conveyancing in the recent sale of my house. They made the process extremely simple and stress free despite the fact that I am based in Dubai. I was able to sign all the documents digitally which removed the need for expensive courier charges or potentially a trip to the UK. My main point of contact was Estella Fox and she really did a great job keeping me updated every step of the way.

Goes the extra mile
Pradeep was fantastic. Over an extended period of 5-6 months he kept the sale and purchase processes on track, ensuring that we were ready when others in the chain caught up. Everything was done electronically - very efficient and a refreshing change from our previous moves. In the end, we had to exchange and complete in 3 days, the week before Christmas, and Pardeep chased other parties and ensured that it all happened even though he was officially on leave. He was ably supported by Estella and we could not praise them too highly.

Fantastic service throughout a difficult sale
Pradeep, Estella and the team were great throughout my entire sale process, which fell through at least twice. They continued to support me and kept communicating regularly and keeping me appraised of progress. Would highly recommend their services.

Exemplary service - couldn't be more satisfied.
Despite a couple of tiresome and difficult challenges, Pardeep and Estella were able to get our house sale and onward purchase over the line within 8 weeks of offers being acceptted in a chain. The team have been excellent at communicating and very responsive. TFS would be my first point of call again for any conveyancing needs I have in the future.
