Stacey Turnbull has been one of our longest-standing team members since she began her career with Cygnet Law in April 2014. Initially beginning her career as a Legal Secretary in the Public Law department, she has continued progressing throughout her tenure since being promoted to Clerk and is now a qualified Chartered Legal Executive. Stacey works within the Pre-Proceedings department within our Public Law team. Her responsibilities include children's matters, offering advice and assistance concerning child protection issues, letters before proceedings, and initiating care proceedings. Stacey's responsibilities also include matters concerning Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND), where she acts on behalf of the local authorities regarding appeals.
