Katy Rider is excellent
Before my problems started I got free advice from Katy. My mistake was I went with a different company that was recommended. After 5mths of 'getting nowhere' I changed companies and went to Katy at Marsden Rawsthorn. She was straight to the point, clear, and made things easy for me to understand. I trusted in her to have my best interests (unlike previous solicitor).
Katy was quick to reply to my emails and I appreciated that the office was local for the times I needed to visit there. After a long 12mths of Katy's help we got the best result we could.
She still helped for the next part of the situation.
I can't thank Katy enough, and I only wish I had followed my gut instinct to use her services in the first place.

Fantastic service
Katy was an extremely good listener from day one. She was honest and up front & got the answer’s i deserved which in part help me come to terms with events. We came across a few hurdles along the way but Katy kept on and fought with a positive outcome. I highly recommend Katy.

Outstanding
I would recommend Marsden Rawsthorn to anyone requiring legal assistance. Katy was always honest and transparent as well as patient when going through a terribly difficult time. Kathy's knowledge and professionalism got me the result I could only ever have hoped for. I was kept updated at all times and always informed of the next steps.

Last will and testament dispute.
We disputed the execution of my late mother in law's will, we believed it not to be the latest will.
Katy Rider from Marsden Rawsthorne took on the case and did an amazing professional job in proving our case and getting the correct will proven. She kept us well informed thought the process, she put us at ease and was very reassuring in what had potential to be traumatic experience.
Very professional, and made us feel that she genuinely cared about our case.
