Purchase of 77 Howick Park Sunderland
The Purchase and transfer of documents was a lengthy and drawn out process due to some obstructions and non responses from the sellers. Throughout Hannah Parton kept myself and Alison informed and pushed the Building society and sellers for up to date information and progress reports from their end. The sellers often stalled and some vital information and paperwork was hard to get them to send such as electric certificates. Hannah went above and beyond and often had 'face to face' meetings with myself to give me updates and was especially helpful with the 'disclosure of funds' as this was a cash purchase and I work foreign and get paid in US Dollars which gets paid into my US bank then transferred into my UK bank.
Hannah was a joy to work with.

Excellent, efficient and reliable
I would like to recognise the hard work done by Hannah Parton in the remortgage of my limited company property. Hannah, alongside Sharon Hepple kept me informed throughout the process. Both were approachable and very responsive. I will definitely be using them again in future.
