Overcoming the odds
Selling and buying houses is NOT easy- nobody says it is. We’re able Charles Coleman of Windsor to accompany us on the journey- we’ve used them extremely successfully before.
This time the journey took 8 months!! We sold well and easily so had the money in the bank with no need for a mortgage.
Five houses we went after fell through for a variety of reasons. And then just as we were going to pull the plug on the final one our perfect house came up and we completed in five weeks.
Super job by Charles Coleman LLP of Windsor on our sale on the Sussex coast and our purchase in Henley!

Property purchase

Selling/buying our house review
Nathan and Karina helped us complete our dream move to the country. Despite many challenges in the chain we quickly learnt that they had everything covered and were very responsive and helpful at all stages of the process.
