Probate for late Daughter's Estate
A very caring, friendly and professional service from beginning to end provided by Victoria. The whole process took away a lot of worry as to how to manage the legal things that needed to be done during an extremely upsetting and stressful time. Victoria kept me updated throughout and I would happily recommend Victoria to others.

Probate for my late husband's estate
Would highly recommend Wadsworths, without hesitation. They acted for me in the preparation and completion of Probate for my late husband's estate, and were caring, compassionate and very professional throughout. They were always approachable and took time to explain things I was concerned about, making sure I understood the Probate process.
They also completed my revised Will, Powers of Attorney, and a Deed of Variation.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

One very satisfied client.
Due to the loss of a number of elderly relatives since 2017 I have had regular dealings with Wadsworth's over the last 6 years. Covid made a difficult situation worse with the death of my mother whilst all the restrictions were still in place. I feel very fortunate to have engaged a company who not only acted on my behalf but, went the extra mile in showing empathy, understanding and kindness at a time when everyone was feeling the pressure. The whole thing has been a very drawn our affair due to the circumstances but all the staff I've had dealings with have been very professional and the communication has been excellent. During the last twelve months I have been dealing with Victoria Wadsworth who has recently concluded the business on behalf of myself and my family so, very many thanks to you Victoria.

Excellent courteous and prompt
Michael, Victoria and Gemma handled my late parents power of attorney process, their probate process, execution of their wills and the sale of their family home. They provided an excellent, friendly and professional service throughout, l can’t thank them enough for all they did at a very difficult time

Excellent, prompt and courteous
Michael, Victoria and Gemma dealt with lasting power of attorney, probate and execution of the wills of my late parents and the sale of the family home in their estate. It was a sad time for the family but throughout they were friendly, approachable and very professional. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend them without hesitation

Probate and Estate Resolution
First class and professional service in dealing with our late mother's estate. Vickie, Lisa, Sharon and the wider team were always helpful and dealt with any queries and concerns we had in both a sensitive and expeditious manner - nothing was ever too much trouble. Clarifying the process from the outset and periodically, keeping us informed and providing advice throughout was hugely beneficial to me and the Executors in discharging our duties. Late Sisters Will
Vicky and her team, were wonderful, in dealing with my late sisters estate, from beginning right through till the end, keeping me informed every step of the way. Vicky is easy to talk to, very professional, and took all my worrying away, I can't thank her enough, because I would not have known where to start or what to do, Vicky is very supportive, plus Alex as well, she dealt with the sale of my sisters home, she is so kind, I can't thank everyone involved enough, Thank you Wadsworth.
