I've been working with Harriet for 1.5 years And spent a lot of time in appointments as well as over the phone with Harriet. She has listened to me whine and moan in frustration. She was nothing more than professional, kind understanding and very very patient. She gave out good advice and if she wasn't sure about something then she would always check with Monica I am forever grateful for the time and effort and the exceptional work that Harriet has put in to my case and because of that we managed to win the case.
