Just brilliant!
I am very grateful for Kirstyn's knowledge, quick thinking and patience. She took my mother on as a client very late in the process of selling and buying property due to her own solicitor's ill health, and was able complete the transactions in super quick time. She was reassuring and kind during a very stressful time and went above and beyond to help us. I can't recommend Kirstyn highly enough.

Professional and Excellent Service
Kirstyn was our solicitor during a recent house purchase. She provided us with an excellent service, especially during many frustrating occasions, when the selling agent ignored/failed to answer her correspondence.
She persevered and was proactive to get the purchase to completion.
She also continued to support us after completion date, challenging the sellers due to inaccuracies in the Home Report.
Kirstyn managed our purchase in a very professional manner, especially when dealing with an extremely difficult selling agent.
We would not hesitate in using Kirstyn/Balfour-Manson in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish
What a whirlwind we had with the sale of our old home & onward purchase of our new home. Kirstyn was amazing, always willing to take a call - she even gave us a helping hand finding our new home. Her professionalism, clear advice was outstanding, thrown in with her sense of humour which kept us relaxed when needed. I’d highly recommend Kirstyn and the services of Balfour Manson, and would definitely work with her again.

Purchase of a Property
My husband and I were first time buyers and where looking for help with this. Kirstyn was very helpful from the start and explained the whole processes and helped make the everything less daunting. Excellent Service!
