Fantastic Service
I have never had to use a solicitor for such a stressful and worrying situation, however as soon I picked up the phone and spoke with Elizabeth Maxwell she made it a really positive experience. She was professional, friendly, so so supportive and extremely kind. She helped me to reach a good outcome and conclusion to the matter swiftly, that has really helped me to now move on and to take up new job opportunities.

Excellent service and so accessible
I dealt with Elizabeth for a redundancy agreement. There was no jargon and no stress. Elizabeth made the whole thing completely straight forward and was a joy to talk to. Even checking in when the process took a prolonged time.

Outstanding support provided for an agreement
I contacted Morr&co through their website late in the day and I was contacted the next morning early by Elizabeth Maxwell, it was absolutely reassuring considering the urgent manner for which I was looking for a legal advice. We had a virtual meeting the day after when Elizabeth Maxwell explained me with absolute clarity the legal meaning of the matter discussed, the possible course of actions and relative possible outcomes and risks. She gave me all the needed information to take a decision on how to proceed and she then represented my interest in a firm and and clear way which didn't left to the counterpart any option other than almost fully agree our request

Employment Settlement
Elizabeth was so helpful and supportive from start to finish in providing me with clear and knowledgeable advice when my employer was treating me badly and it was looking like it would end in a constructive dismissal or settlement case.
It was a very distressing and anxious time for me and Elizabeth was very understanding, empathetic and it felt comforting knowing she had my best interests at the forefront.
Elizabeth was efficient, turning around everything very quickly and even having to correct the employers solicitors mistakes which evidences her attention to detail.
She always went back professionally and concisely and with excellent legal knowledge putting us in a more favourable position.
