I had to auction a neighbour's house as they were going into a care home. I had never done this before. I was recommended Frank Smith in Cheltenham. I dealt with a Robert Davies-Boulton. I have to say he was excellent and steered me through the whole process, without me feeling !! It was much more painless then I imagined. We all know Solicitors are costly but I was grateful that the cost wasn't horrendous. So I would highly recommend this firm.
