I have used Coodes in Holsworthy on multiple occasions. Both Kate and Amelia have been exceedingly efficient with both the house purchase and sale and have been quick to act on various points along the way, completing the process of sale in just under 8 weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for the next purchase.

Kate Bayley's Assistance
Having recently used Coodes services and been allocated to Kate Bayley, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Dealing with a family matter across two generations with a tight deadline, Kate was patient and helpful, professional and efficient. From the initial quote through to assistance with secondary matters when the case was complete, Kate has ensured everything was looked after quickly and effectively. We cannot thank her enough.

Highly recommended
We all know that buying and selling a property is stressful, however Coodes were really efficient and caring, dealing with all the bumps along the way. Kate in particular was lovely, going out of her way to help in any way she could
