Caseworker

I am a Caseworker in the Private Immigration Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, based at the Birmingham office. I work under the supervision of Solicitor, Amritpal Singh, and Director, Tamana Aziz. I assist and advise on private immigration matters, including asylum and human rights, leave to remain and Settlement applications under a variety of routes. My daily roles include liaising with clients, preparing and submitting applications, and drafting statements and representations.
