As a Western European citizen who has lived in the UK for most of my formative years since 1998, I was unfortunately denied certain rights in 2012 due to not holding a British passport.
I am particularly thankful to Rohena for securing my release after eight months of unlawful detention and more than two and a half years on an electronic tag. Duncan Lewis Solicitors' extensive experience in challenging difficult decisions, especially in cases involving unlawful detention, was evident in their meticulous and thorough approach. Asylum and human rights
I have excellent experience with Duncan lewis Solicitors handling my complex asylum case, Mainly a solicitor called Yasmin Adib, she was very professional, competent and reliable. She handle my case with great effort. Her communication and interaction with me (client) and the Home Office impeccable. She would always send an email or ring me to update me any responses she received from the Home Office, she is very articulate and she would dissect every information to benefit the client, which very much appreciated. She is also experience in immigration laws and surrounded by excellent team. She's always available whenever I want to contact her. I have a successful outcome after been battling with the Home Office for over two decades I want to thank you once again Yasmim and I very much appreciated the effort you put into my case which resulted in a positive outcome.

I had immigration problem they did good job and work hard my case I had deportation order I lost first my hearing before Duncan Lewis firm and than I change my solicitor to Duncan Lewis they work very hard to get my case and we won now I got my live to remain in uk now thanks for them
