I have nearly 15 years’ post-qualification experience assisting a broad range of employee and employer clients. I represent individuals in matters encompassing the full spectrum of litigious employment law. I have developed particular specialisms advising employees in disability discrimination cases and assisting those who have been subjected to ill-treatment at work having blown the whistle on malpractice within an organisation. In addition, I regularly advise individuals on employment contracts and related contractual disputes, including in relation to complex post-termination restrictions and entitlements under a wide variety of benefit schemes. A large part of my disability discrimination practice involves advising individuals suffering with mental health issues, and, in a related sphere, I also represent claimants in actions for personal/psychiatric injury arising from stress at work.
