Court Appearance
Chris Andrews represented my daughter at Magistrates Court for a motoring offence. I must say I was very impressed with the service he provided and the outcome he managed to achieve for my daughter. Also very importantly he put my daughter at ease and I would happily recommend him and would use his services again.

Exceptional hardship case following totting up of penalty points
I contacted Chris Andrews at Coodes following a totting up of penalty points due to speeding. I was aware that I would be facing a 6 month ban due to having reached the 12 penalty point limit. Mr Andrews clearly explained the options to me stating that I may be in a position to present an 'exceptional hardship' case. He agreed to help and attend court with me. In the meantime he asked me to forward him any relevant info and begin collecting some character references. It took a full year before the court date came around but Mr Andrews was happy to keep in touch and responded promptly with advise whenever I contacted him with queries throughout the year. On the day of the hearing Mr Andrews met with me one hour before the scheduled hearing time to discuss matters in detail. Mr Andrews was professional but also relaxed, friendly, personable & easy going. He was also able to put me at ease prior to the hearing. During the hearing he took the lead and was fully comprehensive with his presentation to the bench meaning that no questions needed to be directed at myself. Mr Andrews presented an honest argument but was able to think 'outside the box' during the hearing, concentrating on the most relevant items to this particular case. This resulted in the best possible outcome. As mentioned following the hearing, I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Mr Andrews at Coodes to anybody needing assistance of this sort.

Chris Andrews solicitor for Coodes
Mr. Andrews represented me recently in relation to a driving offence. Mr. Andrews kept me informed and up to date at all times and was very thorough in preparing my case. Mr Andrews represented my Dad who was involved in a Road traffic offence and treated us all with the utmost professionalism, caring positive attitude and made the whole experience for us (1st time experience) as painless as possible for which we were all extremely grateful

Service and profesional in all aspects
On attending Bodmin Magistrates Court on 16=06=22 I was represented by Mr Chris Andrews . From the initial meeting /correspondence he has been able to explain the legal matters, possible outcome , and all other matters relating to this case. He put forward a clear comprehensive representation which I am sure resulted in the result obtained , which could have been much more severe.
