Excellent Service for House Sale
Through the whole process which lasted nearly 2 years, Morgan was dedicated, thorough and very determined to help us with any queries or general sale tasks. Excellent throughout
Having been through the conveyancing process a number of times, we have been really impressed with the professionalism and ease of dealing with Morgan. She remained efficient, reliable and always communicated clearly, through what became a lengthy and complicated house purchase. Everything was completed in a timely manner and we would highly recommend Morgan as a conveyancer. We would have no hesitation using the services again.

Great service, would highly recommend
Morgan was very helpful and communicative, answered our questions quickly and helped us keep on track (e.g reminding us when we had documents to return). She did everything she could to get the sale and purchase done quickly and was friendly and professional both by email and on the phone. The Watkins solicitors app is user-friendly and helped us input all the information we needed to, so that aspect was made easier. Overall I would highly recommend Morgan and the Watkins solicitors conveyancing team.

House sale and onward purchase
My experience with Morgan was great, after my original solicitor left the firm and having a temp for a while, Morgan took over my file and worked diligently for me with a not very straightforward sale and got me the results up u til exchange of contract last week as soon as was reasonably possible.
Morgan knew that I was in a hurry to move and went out of her way to get the sale and onward purchase ready in quick time.
She will be carrying out the completion for me tomorrow and I couldn’t be more grateful.
