Joseph Umerah

Paralegal

Overview Joseph is a Paralegal working across the Matrimonial and Children Department. He supports and assists our solicitors in divorce, financial matters on relationship breakdown and disputes concerning children. He first joined us on a work experience placement, assisting once a week as an intern, whilst completing his studies. Impressed by his work ethic, and feeling he was a good fit for the firm, we approached him to join us on a permanent basis. Joseph was delighted to gain a position within a specialist Family Law firm, as specialising in this area of law has been his long-term objective. Joseph is a huge football fan who spends a lot of his free time watching games, and attending Chelsea matches whenever possible. Education In 2023, Joseph graduated from the University of Liverpool with a 2:1 LLB with honours in Law. In September of the same year, he commenced his Legal Practice Course fulltime at University of Law, Birmingham. He completed his studies in 2024.
