People get put off being landlords because we have all heard about the tenant from hell. I have been there and have had a few issues with the one who has just left.
I would like to say Lancers have been awesome. Worked through exactly what we needed and some honest conversations about which paths to take and sometimes what's worth it or not.
They have been fantastic, Nazifa Rahman-Ahmed has been looking after me and can say has been direct and fair. She has been approachable throughout and is willing to take the time to speak to you. Which is generally what we get in this field. Thank you for helping in my case and freeing my property up the right way. Especially when on the last hurdle we were corrected with the fact only half the return was signed! Thank you again.
