I would highly recommend using Martin Tolhurst Solicitors for all your conveyancing needs. All the paperwork was sent to me by email which helped to speed up the process, and I had access to an online portal so I could monitor what stage we were at as the sale and buying process progressed. Amanda, my conveyancer, was always contactable by phone, and was happy to answer or help with any questions that I had. The whole process went very smoothly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Extremely helpful
So I dealt with Amanda and Laura from teh Sittingbourne branch for the process of buying my house. After the small hiccup of my original solicitor Callum no longer working for the company, (unfortunately I didn't find this out until the sales liaison for the purchase told me) . Amanda went above and beyond with Laura to update me on the stages of my purchase, and advising me on what I needed to do next etc given that I was a first time buyer. I felt as though I was in good hands the entire time

Avoid
1 star as no option to leave none. Went with this company as a recommendation from Ward and Partners. Would avoid at all costs. Had to do nothing but chase them, even on the day of completion worst experience I have ever had with a solicitors

Excellent service!!

Excellent, Efficient & Attentive
We worked with Amanda Hopper and Laura Delaney on the purchase of our first home and they were fantastic. Martin Tolhurst's fileview portal makes the whole process completely transparent and easy to follow along with. Whenever we had any questions or concerns we would receive a response from Amanda or Laura often on the same day. We were warned by a lot of people that communication with solicitors could be quite slow and arduous but that is far from the experience we've had with them.

Mortgage first time buyer
As a first time buyer, I was very anxious. I communicated via emails and telephone callls, and there was always a quick response. I was kept up to date with the whole process and everything was finalise in exactly 3 months. Well done to the team!!!

Good service
Martin Tolhurst Solicitors handled our property purchase with excellent professionalism. They kept us up to date every step of the way.
