Absolutely 💯 a brilliant service from everyone at levi solicitors.. always there to help with any questions i had to ask. And my solicitor always kept me informed about everything that was happening with the sale of my new property. I would highly recommend 👌 I suffer with dyslexia and my solicitors understood that I need reassurance with everything and that I understood everything well.

My Review
Overall had a good experience using Levi Solicitors, they were usually quick to respond to any questions via email or over the phone and they were prompt to perform their tasks in the conveyancing service they were providing. Most of all I always felt they had my back, would definitely reccomend. Only negative was the app which charts progress in the move didn't work!

First time - and probably last time experience
Your onboarding process is good, I like how you manage the KYC / AML process and uploading the initial documents online all works well. However, from a user point of view I found it very difficult to speak to the person managing our case once the sale was fully underway. The person I worked with did have a dedicated telephone number - but it did not have a VM feature so when I rang the call would just ring for several minutes with no ability to leave a message. At one point neither my estate agent or myself were able to contact the person who was dealing with my case for nearly 3 working days! I also tried ringing the main switchboard number and I was still unable to reach the person working on my case. I only managed to get through to them once I asked to speak to a director to make a formal complaint!. The other issue that annoyed me is that it took over 7 days for an email from the buyer's solicitor to be looked at by the person looking after my case. When it was processed and I was asked to provide responses to the enquires made by the buyer's solicitors, I responded same day. However, it was another 3/4 days before my responses were forwarded to the buyer's solicitors.

Team Simpson/Team Afsha
I lost my wife Jan 24 and needed a lot of guidance, it was mostly a positive experience and I felt I was kept informed until 2 days before the move when I emailed Susan Simpson (Team Simpson)re exchange of contracts she was originally dealing with my move, only to have my email bounce back saying she had left the company and to now email team Afsha, this was very stressful moment for me. Team Afsha noticed the were a couple of important documents that hadn’t been filled out correctly and had to be signed,witnessed and hand delivered to their office as they needed a hard copy which I had to complete the day before moving and with a removal company in my home was definitely not ideal, but I am grateful it was picked up and we got there in the end, Thankyou

Fine
They were fine. Nothing went wrong and we completed in a reasonable amount of time. However they weren’t really proactive about keeping us informed. If we hadn’t specifically asked we wouldn’t have realised we’d missed returning one of the forms. The team were always very nice when we contacted them. We also transferred teams due to our original solicitor leaving.

got there in the end
Communication was limited. The receptionists were helpful. I would not use this firm again for any legal matter based on my experience. took 5 months to complete house sale with no chain.
