Eloise is a solicitor in the catastrophic injury team at Osbornes working alongside Ben Posford on cases of the utmost severity, acting for claimants who have suffered life changing injuries including brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, fatalities and other severe injuries. Eloise joined Osbornes in 2016 as a paralegal and gained a wealth of experience dealing with complex personal injury claims. She went on to qualify as a solicitor into the catastrophic injury team where she both assists on serious injury cases and represents her own clients, running a varied case load of personal injury claims. Eloise is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). She is a member of the APIL Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury Special Interest Groups. On behalf of her clients Eloise is particularly committed to investigating the symptoms of a head injury at the outset of the claim and has a particular interest in securing early rehabilitation. She seeks to ensure her clients and their families are appropriately supported throughout their recovery by establishing effective care and therapy packages, especially where clients are suffering with the consequences of a brain injury.
