Wills written
Very personable and professional when face to face with solicitors or other staff. Unfortunately I had to contact the office to ask when would wills be prepared 6 weeks after the initial meeting …they seemed to have forgotten. Then twice mistakes were made. Finally received our wills in October having had the initial meeting in July. We have used Ringrose before and this time the service was not as high as previously… a little disappointed.
