Andrew is a Senior Associate in our Corporate & Commercial team. Andrew brings a focused and calculated approach to his clients’ matters and is actively sought for his knowledge and creativity in finance and restructuring matters. Andrew advises financial institutions, family offices and specialised lenders on all aspects of corporate lending, acquisition finance, structured finance, commercial real estate and development finance as well as recovery related issues relating to insolvency, loan arrangements and security structures. Andrew also advises companies, individuals and investors on debt restructuring and solvent corporate restructuring with a view to growth, exit or generational planning. In particular, Andrew has extensive experience in advising clients on complex and/or high value projects. Andrew’s working style with clients is very collaborative and he will take the time to understand the context of any strategy to ensure the most complimentary outcome to the wider objectives and goals that sit beyond the legal sector.
