Caseworker

I am a recent Law graduate who joined Duncan Lewis Solicitors in December 2021 as a caseworker. Since joining, I successfully undertook the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme's Level 1 exam. This enabled me to efficiently assist in asylum and immigration matters. Currently, I work with a team of solicitors and caseworkers under the direct supervision of Director Vilash Gami. My role involves assisting the team with the day-to-day case progression and client/ third party correspondence, on a wide variety of immigration, human rights, asylum, and public law matters. I am currently assisting the team with an appeal application to the tribunals, challenging the decision of the Home Office. I am also working towards my Level 2 Senior Caseworker accreditation under the Law Society's Immigration and Asylum Scheme.
