Fantastic service and friendly, patient staff
This has been an ongoing process for almost 18 months now and within that time I have found myself frustrated, angry and slightly confused at the different parts of the process and situation that needed to be dealt with.
Throughout that time, Amy has been incredible.
She has made sure that each time I had questions, of which there were many, she always did everything she could to clearly explain each thing to me. She has taken the time to go back over certain areas when I have been unsure and was always happy to do so.
I didn't feel rushed or any additional stress through the way she handled the situation and my particular case. Had this been handled by someone else in another way I may have given up on this a while ago due to how much it was taking to keep fighting against what seemed at times like a losing battle.
Amy's constant reassurance has supported and helped me throughout the process and ensured that I saw this through and I am so glad that I have done now. I feel the offer that has now been made in my case confirmed what I have said all along, that I have been telling the truth despite false statements put forward by the company I have been arguing against.
Amy's invaluable experience and support has led to me being able to say this is finally over and it's not something I have to carry around in the back of my mind anymore.

To whomever is reading the feedback that gets provided on your staff please ensure that my gratitude is passed on to Amy as I cannot explain the impact the additional money from this payment will have on my life and the possibility of being able to look now getting my own property. This would have been something I was in a position to do before my accident however, I ended up using the money I had saved for a home to support myself whilst I was off work.
Amy's invaluable experience and support has led to me being able to say this is finally over and it's not something I have to carry around in the back of my mind anymore.

To whomever reads this and employers Amy, please take heed of what I'm saying and realise that you have here a fantastic member of staff. I am sure I am not the only one that she has helped to get through to the end of this process and surely made a lot of extra money for you as a result.
She is a credit to your organisation so I hope you are paying her accordingly. If not, I would seriously start considering a pay rise because staff like this are hard to find and even harder to hold on to if they're not paid what they're worth!

Great company to deal with

Amazing
