I would use again
I started off the case with a different Solicitor. I was much happier when Kerry took over my matter and got things moving.
Kerry took time to explain everything to me and kept me updated as to the stages in the process.

Separation/Property Dispute
I recently engaged with Calthrops to represent me in a separation/property dispute. Calthrops have been our family solicitors for a very long time.
Kerry and her team are so very professional and personable, and the compassion that was shown throughout an incredibly difficult time was very much appreciated.

Family matter
Well lve been going through a legal battle for a lease 10years .lve had one other solicitor wasted money !!So had too stop in 2015 . So last year l had too start again so l approach Kerry from day one made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond too help me. My case was very different from many. But on the 22nd off September l went too Crown Court and won my case and l cant thank Kerry enough and her team 100% will use these again a big big thanks X

Help with property matters
I approached Calthrops with an issue regarding an ex partner and a house that was jointly owned. I was introduced to Kerry who would become my solicitor throughout. I was immediately made to feel at ease and confident that despite what I knew would be a long process, she would be there throughout to provide legal advice and personal reassurances especially after finding it necessary to disclose information which was obviously of a private and sensitive nature. The professional manner in which all staff conducted themselves when dealing with me and my case was greatly appreciated, however over and above their professionalism was the compassion they displayed throughout. The confidence that Kerry and her team including Leah and Ben with whom I had much correspondence with gave me the confidence and legal support which helped me to emotionally navigate a very stressful situation.
Overall I am incredibly fortunate to have used not only a professional organisation but one which in my opinion employs individuals who truly care about their profession and the service they provide.

Excellent advice and services
I have gone through my divorce using the service ms of Calthorpes solicitors and they were very helpful. Even when I was not able to pay all, they made arrangements to meet my needs. I definitely recommend.

ALWAYS ATTENTIVE AND OFFERED EXCELLENT ADVICE
I was looked after by Kerry Sauntson, and her colleagues Ben Parker and Leah Dujon. Whenever Kerry was unavailable Ben and Leah stepped in and ensured my case proceeded as smoothly as possible. On the day of my Court Hearing Leah spent the whole day with me, despite the fact that we were not required for much of the time. Both Ben and Leah are a credit to Calthrops and the way in which Kerry allows them to gain experience at first hand. I could not have been happier at my choice of Calthrops as my solicitors.

My Perfect Choice
I haven't always got things right in my life but the day I walked into Calthrops Solicitors at Spalding and asked Kerry Sauntson to help me with my divorce from my abusive, controlling husband was one of my better choices. Kerry has supported me throughout my long, messy almost 3 year divorce and at my times of despair she has kept me focused and her advice has been invaluable and professional yet friendly also. I would not hesitate to recommend her service to anyone and I must not forget her secretary Leah who has been fantastic too. I cannot thank them both enough for helping me get the outcome I eventually received.
