Laura was a dream to work with, she is friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable and was always at the end of the phone and happy to answer our questions and explain anything we didn’t understand. Laura made the whole process of selling our home of 33 years and buying a new build much easier and a lot less stressful than anticipated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Laura and her team at Coodes and will definitely be using them again in the future.

purchase of a property
our experience with coodes was that they were friendly, thorough, efficient and gave us a stress free service.
we were kept updated and nothing was too much of a problem, even after the house was completed on!
the best bit for everyone to know is this service came as a standard service which was very reasonably priced.

Very professional service
