Lianne Priest is an extremely diligent, knowledgeable lawyer and always answered my questions promptly. She was approachable, professional and an excellent client advocate. I was so very lucky to have her conducting my house sale. My whole experience from the start of the sale through until completion has been a positive one and I cannot thank Lianne and Karen (her fantastic and very knowledgeable, efficient personal assistant) enough. The staff in the St Austell office were also extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly every time documents etc were dropped off. Overall the whole experience of selling my house has been a very positive one thanks to the great Coodes team who helped me. Thank you so much. I would recommend Lianne highly as she goes above and beyond, as does Karen.

Excellent service
We used Coodes to sell my late dad’s house and the service was excellent. We were selling remotely and were kept up to date at each stage and responded to quickly.
