Our Thanks go to Cally Davies Solicitor and Ellie Freeman Legal Secretary at Martin Tolhurst in Sittingbourne for the excellent work carried out of the Part Sale to a family friend, of a Joint Ownership property. This was completed in very good time and they had excellent communication between all three parties involved. On our experience we would highly recommend this company. Excellent service
Excellent service received from Cally at Martin Tolhurst, an asset to the team and would 💯 recommend and use her conveyancing experience again. Cally navigated us through a very turbulent move and a not so professional conveyancer at the bottom of the chain causing problems. Amazing work , thank you !

Faultless.
Cally and Ellie of the Sittingbourne branch of Martin Tolhurst have been faultless. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a house to use their services. Constantly professional and friendly with an ability to maintain composure and an eagle eye for detail at all times, Cally and Ellie took so much stress out of the house buying process. I can't recommend them enough.

Exceptional team
Can't fault how much effort the team (particularly Cally and Ellie) looking after our house sale have been. Ellie has gone the extra mile so many times keeping us updated on various situations by phone and email during quite a drawn out transaction. Very happy to recommend Martin Tolhurst Solicitors.

First time buyers
A huge thank you to Cally, she made what seemed like an over-complicated process a lot simpler.
There were a few confusing moments, but these were more because we didn't understand the process and probably should have asked more questions for clairification. Would definitely recommend Martin Tolhurst to other local buyers

Selling my Parents home.
Although I am 65 years old I have never acted as an executor or sold a property before. Cally was friendly and helpful and it was a great comfort to know that I had someone this knowledgeable to guide me through the process.

Excellent service
This is not the first time I have used Martin Tolhurst nor will it be the last. Over the years they have given me great advice and delivered everything they have promised.
I would like to say a massive thank you to my solicitor Cally Davies who has recently helped me with the sale of of my property. We had a few struggles and delays along the way, which lead me to become very frustrated at times. Cally was very professional throughout the whole process and was completely open and honest with with me which I 100% respected. I hope I get to work with her again in the future as she is amazing.

House Purchase Solicitor Review
An excellent experience as a first time buyer. Our Conveyancer (Cally Davies) was very helpful from the beginning, explaining certain terms, conditions, processes and costings. It was also a relatively quick timeline that we are happy with.

New House
