Nick qualified as a solicitor in 2008 he is the Managing Partner at Latham & Co. He is an experienced litigator undertaking a wide variety of work representing both businesses and private individuals. Nick advises upon and deals with contractual and commercial disputes, construction contracts and litigation, property disputes (including possession of property), landlord & tenant disputes, debt recovery, negligence claims, and contested wills (including inheritance claims). His area of expertise includes identifying and advising upon risk at the outset of any matter whether contentious (including disputes or litigation) or non-contentious (including drafting contracts, declarations or agreements). Nick understands the challenges faced by both rural and urban communities, having lived and worked in both areas. Nick supervises the Civil Litigation Department.
