Shauna Partridge

Legal Executive

Shauna has four years’ experience handling both commercial and residential property transactions, specialising in buy-to-let sales and purchases. She has a degree in Law from the University of Nottingham (2008-2011), became a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) in 2015 and formally qualified as a Legal Executive in February 2018. Shauna has been part of the Commercial Property Department at our Beeston office throughout her training and now as a qualified Legal Executive, and has dealt with more than 500 property sales, purchases, management agreements, business transfers, commercial leases and residential lease extensions during this time.
