Residential Conveyancer

Robert joined Parfitt Cresswell in June 2024 having worked for a North Hampshire based law firm since 2016. Originally from Berkshire, Robert completed his legal studies at Bournemouth University and the College of Law in London. Following the completion of his studies, Robert was employed by a Bournemouth based Solicitors assisting in both the Private Client and Conveyancing departments as a Legal Assistant. He was subsequently promoted to a conveyancing role and became responsible for his own clients and caseload. Robert undertakes all aspects of residential property work including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, first registrations and other ancillary matters (Deeds of Easement etc). Outside of work, Robert is married and he and his wife welcomed their first child in 2024. In his spare time, Robert enjoys going for walks with their three miniature daschunds, playing golf (albeit his handicap is his golf), going to the theatre and socialising with friends. Robert prides himself on providing his clients with a high level of service and giving them clear, jargon free advice. He also appreciates that the moving process is stressful and does all that he can to alleviate that by ensuring that clients and their Estate Agents are given regular updates.
