Land Registry
David Feakins kept me updated throughout a very long process of registering my mother's house on the land register. Although it was frustrating that Tendering District Council had a back log of 18 months, David did inform me at the start it could be 12-18 months to get this completed.

Powers of Attorney
David was instrumental in drawing up our Health & Welfare and Financial PoAs earlier in the year. We met him face-to-face at the beginning and end of the process and found him to be very clear and informative. Always an excellent service from David
I have used David personally for my mother's will, LPA and mine and my husbands wills. I have also recommended clients to David and all of have come back with positive comments. David is very approachable and caring whilst always remaining professional. He reacts promptly to communications.

Will Providing Service
I contacted David, email, for a Will review (amendment), for my wife and myself. Following an initial telephone conversation draft Wills soon arrived for our comment. We confirmed that everything was in order and arranged a meeting for signing. This was quickly arranged and within days we received the authenticate copies.

Probate services
At a very emotional and upsetting time David, at Birkett Long, was sensitive and understanding. He explained how probate worked and what our next steps were. His communication was timely and he 'held our hand' throughout, what could have been, a distressing process. We are very grateful.
