Great service
Lily provided expert guidance and reassurance with the purchase of our home and freehold. Although this was a complicated process, Lily guided us through this, and was always quick to respond to our queries. We would highly recommend Lily and conveyancing team to friends and family.

First class
Buying my first home was a daunting experience made much simpler by Lily's professionalism and efficiency. She was friendly and approachable and her communication was excellent. I found her to be very proactive and she really kept everything moving. Best Solicitor we,ve ever had
Lily was the best solicitor we have ever had. She was so efficient and maintained great communication throughout the buying process. We were kept up to date with all legal proceedings and she was able to answer every question we had. Responses were prompt, clear and informative. Excellent service, extremely professional solicitor
I had the pleasure of Lily being my solicitor when it came to selling my home and my husband buying our new house. All throughout the process lily kept us both up to date and ensured the process was smooth and streamline, dealing with the estate agents and the buyer which meant I didn’t need to do anything. Flat purchase
We had to purchase a ground floor flat for my Mother due to the appalling condition of the flat she was renting and her health conditions..Bell Lamb & Joynson were recommended and proved to be a great recommendation. Lily was our main solicitor she was very professional helpful friendly and VERY understanding of our situation she was patient and answered our emails, calls in good time Lily explained everything to us and we would recommend BLJ in fact we already have.
