We cannot recommend Howard & Over enough!

My partner and I are first time buyers and were recommended Howard & Over in Ivybridge. We used Danielle Soanes, who dealt with everything with professionalism and efficiency. Danielle kept us up to date at every step of the way and responded to all of our queries quickly. Danielle was transparent with us about where we were in the process and managed our expectations well. We cannot recommend Howard & Over enough!

We used Howard & Over for our recent house move after a recommendation from a friend and what can we say... our case was assigned to Danielle Harris, and we could not have been more lucky! The moving process was what can only be described as horrendous, regarding push backs and push backs, thoughout this whole process (8 months) Danielle kept us calm and remained positive throughout with nothing but professionalism and respect regarding how difficult the process was! Just want to say a massive personal thank you to Danielle and the rest of the team involved! Will definitely be recommending Howard and Over to others in need!

We can not thank the amazing team at Howard and Over enough for all their help with our sale and Purchase.

Danielle and Neil worked tirelessly to ensure that our sale and purchase went through smoothly. We were selling a shared ownership property which is not a straight forward process, But both Danielle and Neil couldn’t have been more helpful and proactive. The whole team were quick to answer queries and nothing was ever too much for them. They kept us informed and up to date every step of the way.

We completed both the purchase and sale on the same day and it was seamless for us which is a credit to them as I know there were delays in the background but they were sorted quickly by Danielle who was on the ball every step of the way.

Would recommend them both and the wider team. They are efficient and friendly, and their communication was excellent. I am one of those who likes to know what’s going on and they were always happy to update me.

They are a credit to their profession.
