Rebecca is our Senior Associate Family Solicitor, having joined us in June 2024. Rebecca studied Law at Sheffield Hallam University until 2016 when she started her Training Contract in Nantwich, Cheshire. She completed her LPC part-time at BPP in Manchester whilst she was training and qualified in September 2018. Rebecca predominantly works on high net worth cases and, in particular, she has been instructed on many cases with international elements. She specialises in Divorce, Separation, Child Arrangements, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements and Financial Disputes. She has been heavily involved in networking across Cheshire/ South Manchester and has written articles for The Family Law Journal as well as appearing on BBC Northwest Tonight. Rebecca has also been a guest speaker on multiple radio shows, written an article on Covid Delays for the BBC and was also previously secretary of South Cheshire Law Society. In addition to working for Nicholls, Rebecca is an External Examiner in both the Family and Child Law undergraduate modules for the LLB at London Metropolitan University. Outside of work, Rebecca loves nothing more than spending quality time with her daughter, husband, family and friends. She also loves live music, particularly rock music, and she’s partial to the odd rum and coke!
