I have always been passionate about this aspect of law, having volunteered as a McKenzie Friend for the National Centre of Domestic Violence and becoming a support assistant at ‘Stop Abuse for Everyone,’ during my time at university (2009). I went onto qualify as a Solicitor at a London Firm where I undertook all aspects of my training contract in family law. I am now a family law specialist and can assist on a wide range of family matters to include: Divorce and separation Financial issues arising on divorce and separation Separation Agreements Child Arrangements Cohabitation Agreements Pre and post nuptial agreements Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders I pride myself on being able to understand my client’s wishes and needs from our initial meeting. This ensures that no time in wasted in being able to explain the law and options available to them, which enables them to make informed decisions going forward. Whilst guiding my clients through the legal channels, I always put my utmost effort into supporting them emotionally through what is often the most testing time of their lives. I am committed to achieving the best possible outcome for my clients using an empathetic, yet pragmatic and efficient approach. I am a member of Resolution and am dedicated to trying to resolve family disputes in a non-confrontational manner. Whilst I am passionate in trying to resolve disputes without the need to initiate court proceedings, if cases cannot be resolved by other means, I am experienced in undertaking advocacy and representing my clients at Court. An outstanding solicitor who genuinely cares for her clients
Amelia is an outstanding solicitor and not like any others I have used in the past. She listens intently to her clients to ensure she understands what is really important, and then goes above and beyond to achieve it. She is professional, kind and authentic. My case has been lengthy and complex, however Amelia's attention to detail and her support and advice to me as a client never faltered. I honestly do not believe I would have had the positive outcome in the court room if it hadn't been for Amelia. I would highly recommend her (and constantly do!) and if I was in need of a family lawyer again, she would be my first choice.

Family case
Solicitor was great, very caring & considered and the outcome was the right outcome overall. The whole process seemed very protracted and took a long time, not the lawyers fault but a fact that the court case was cancelled last minute with no notice or reason and had to be rescheduled.

Great support throughout
Amelia assisted me with a financial clean break and a negotiated parenting agreement. She provided great support through a very choppy time, with both legal advice but also strategy. In the end, the outcome for me was favourable, due in large part to Amelia's support.
Amelia works incredibly hard. Communication was excellent throughout, and at no point did I feel anxious about something not being done or misunderstood.
I'd be happy to recommend Amelia and have already provided her contact to another person.

Outstanding
I am in awe of Amelia's knowledge, dedication and compassion. Amelia has been a life-line to me over the last few years, and has kept me going when I lost faith. She cuts straight to the point and clears the way forward in what would otherwise be a cloudy and complicated process. The phrase 'above and beyond' doesn't go far enough - I will be forever grateful for Amelia’s genuine care, meticulous attention to detail and steadfast approach to dealing with tricky situations in the family court.

Outstanding Lawyer !
Words cannot explain how far above and beyond Amelia went for me. Her help, advice and professional skills over what has been a very difficult time for me is second to none.
Amelia was approachable, she was always there for me with her honest, efficient and sensible advice. The service was more than first class yet great value for money.

Unrivalled care, professionalism and support.
Amelia is one of the most genuine, caring and hard-working professionals I have ever worked with. She became an essential life-line for my wife and I when dealing with our case. Sound advise and always available
Amelia has made what was a very stressful and difficult period in my life, much easier. Financial & Childcare Consent Order
Amelia was exceptional throughout my case.
Amelia is extremely knowledgeable, highly attentive to detail and provides an extremely personable service. This is really what I needed when going through a such an emotive period. Amelia was sensitive to this fact and managed to reduce stress by her professionalism and ability to distill complex matters so that I could remain engaged and process parts of my case at pace my side.

Outstanding legal advice and support.
