Serious allegation
A very serious allegation was made against my son which he always denied.
Forbes have been extremely supportive throughout his case arranging for the best Council , Barrister and Independent Expert Witness.
He has now been fully acquitted of this horrendous allegation with an unanimous verdict of Not Guilty.
We can not thank Forbes enough for their professionalism, honesty and integrity throughout this traumatic time.

Superb criminal defence
Miss Dobson and Me MacKenzie have been superb in organising a defence case on my behalf. They have kept me informed throughout and have been at the end of the phone when I had queries. Forbes put me at ease from the first meeting and I felt that I was in safe hands in navigating the court process. I was successful in defending my case and this is in no small part to the organisation of the defence case led by Mr MacKenzie and assisted by Miss Dobson.
