Chartered Legal Executive

Since joining Cygnet in 2007, Lindsey has been an integral part of the team. Lindsey initially began her career as a Legal Secretary in the conveyancing department, but soon moved to the Public Law department supporting Peter Medd. She has continued progressing throughout her tenure since being promoted to Clerk and is now a qualified Chartered Legal Executive. Lindsey works predominantly in the Pre-Proceedings department within our Public Law team. Her responsibilities include children's matters, offering advice and assistance to Local Authorities concerning child protection issues, letters before proceedings, and initiating care proceedings.
