Before joining Watermans as a Senior Solicitor in May 2022, Stuart had acquired significant experience of dealing with personal injury claims. In particular, Stuart has dealt with a high volume of claims arising from employer’s liability, public liability, and occupier’s liability, together with claims arising from medical negligence, road traffic accidents, fatal accidents, defective products, from accidents occurring while abroad and from crimes of violence. Stuart has wide experience of appearing in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland, as well as instructing counsel in the Court of Session. “Apart from having such a convivial working environment, where my colleagues are not only very knowledgeable, but also friendly and supportive, it is a privilege to have clients place their faith in me at a difficult time in their lives.
