Personal Injury Claim
I am incredibly grateful to Doug Contay for handling my claim with such professionalism and dedication.
My accident occurred in June 2012, and was unfortunately mishandled by another solicitor firm. When Doug took over my claim, he was able to completely turn things around. He thoroughly reviews every detail of the case, ensuring that nothing was overlooked and that I was fully supported throughout the process.
Doug was committed to getting the best possible outcome for me, and he was exceptional when it came to navigating the challenges that appeared within my case.
Whilst we did not get the outcome we had hoped, due to a last minute change. I still walked away with some compensation. I would like to add, the reason for the last minute change was no fault of Doug Contay. Doug always pushes what is best for you as the claimant.
I would highly recommend Doug Contay to anyone in need of a solicitor. His knowledge and expertise are amazing.
I would also like to thank Chloe Nixon. Chloe was an essential part of the process, she kept me up to date on all paperwork that needed signing, appointments I needed to attend etc. Both Chloe and Doug always kept me in the loop, and were always there is I had any questions.

Accident at Work
I would just like to thank all the staff who worked on my case at Graham Coffey Solicitors. Although my claim took nearly 7 years to complete due to its complexity, I always felt re-assured that they had my best interests at heart.
In particular, I would like to thank Doug Conaty who took over my case some 4 years ago.
I genuinely believe he went above and beyond what I would have expected from any Solicitor.
In my lowest darkest times pre amputation, he always had time to listen to me and even went out of his way in assisting me in finding the right people to help me post amputation. More over he was always fighting for funding to help me get the best treatment and equipment available.
At times I must have give him sleepless nights and been a pain in the backside, but without him I honestly can say that the whole process would have been far more distressing if not near impossible for me.
All the way through the case, he treat me more as a friend than a client, and I hope we can maintain that friendship into the future.
Words cannot say enough but Thank you Doug for all your help and assistance, my family are forever grateful.
I would also like to give a special mention to Chloe Nixon, who I know did a lot of work behind the scenes. I know you are about to qualify as a solicitor (after my slight misunderstanding during the JSM 🤣) and would like to say if you make half the solicitor your mentor is then you will go far.

Highly recommended
I would like to recommend Doug Conaty from Graham Cofey and Co Solicitors as a trusted advisor for your personal injury claim. Initially, I contacted Doug looking for some very basic advice in an effort to resolve my dispute with the respondent. Doug gave some great direction free of charge but unfortunately I could not entice the other party to settle the matter without legal representation. This free advice ultimately led me to retaining Doug. From the very beginning, Doug had a well thought through strategy and roadmap as to how he'd envision getting the best results. He kept me regularly informed an would always go the extra mile to get the best outcome on the matter. We ended up settling seamlessly with an amount in excess of the expectations setup front. Review of Injury Claim Won
Very good experience. Went well and won. He was honest, always looked out for my best interests and was always upfront about everything which I appreciated, good or bad news.
My only comment would be is that we went long periods without contact, but I also need to take some of the blame for that due to family circumstances that was happening at the time.
I already recommended Doug to a friend of mine who was hit by a car just after me so think that gives all the details on if I would use them again or not. 100% I would.

Doug Conaty
I am not the person to ask for a review and to be fair I have not been asked to share this review!
But Doug Conaty from Graham Coffey & Co has been so impressive I am compelled to make a review as they went far beyond anything I expected.
The speed in which the arranged a replacement car and the repair of my car was mind blowing, the settlement was arrived at and paid out super-fast.
I never recommend anyone’s service in case my friends are let down but not on this occasion.
I would recommend anyone in need of advice and support use these guys as they are amazing Mr Conaty team went the extra yards on every occasion and got me far more compensation than I ever thought possible.
If like me, you have had a car crash Call Doug he will get you what you deserve without the hassle.
