Shocking Lawyer
Im an agent who unfortunately had this lawyer looking after my vendor from start to finish he had a shocker the lease he drew was unexeptable by the buyers lender. He then tried to torpedo the sale and blame everyone bar himself. Ive never had a lawyer refuse to take one call in a complete sale process.
