Mandy has worked with Cartmell Shepherd for over 20 years. Initially joining the company as a legal secretary, Mandy worked for various departments including property, private client, family and litigation which then led to her training to become a Conveyancing Executive; a role she has fulfilled for over 10 years. As an experienced residential conveyancer Mandy has extensive knowledge of the conveyancing process and residential property matters, handling a broad range of transactions including sales and purchases of residential properties, registered and unregistered property, sales and purchases of new-builds including the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, re-mortgages, transfer of property and buy to let. Property transactions can be stressful but with Mandy’s knowledge and expertise she will oversee all of the necessary legal requirements, guiding you through the whole process to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible, provide regular updates and explaining the legal jargon in a manner you will understand.
