Caseworker

I am a part of the Child Care department as a Caseworker with previous experience in the private and public affairs of family law practice. I have participated in voluntary legal cases comprising of the procedures in divorce, including child arrangements and financial applications. This also includes care proceedings, perusing relevant documentation for children and supporting them in cases where there is local authority intervention. An integral part of legal practice is in administration of which I have experience with assisting seniors, preparing court bundles, editing documents and assisting with client information for financial proceedings. I share a niche experience of civil law proceedings, touching on Civil Procedure Rules and their application. Additionally, I possess a degree level taught understanding of other laws such as Criminal Law, Land Law, Commercial Law, Company Law, Intellectual Property Law, etc. I speak and understand Twi (Akan) and I am currently studying German.
