In her role as Chairwoman Ann-Marie leads the executive board who are focused on strategic planning and implementation. Ann-Marie remains highly committed to her fee-earning work in Family Law, dealing with all aspects of children matters. She is an accredited member of the Law Society Children’s Accreditation scheme (previously referred to as the Children Panel) recognising her expertise in this area of work. Ann-Marie frequently represents children’s guardians, and takes instructions directly from children in appropriate circumstances, to ensure their interests are represented in Court proceedings. Ann-Marie also represents parents, other family members and foster carers within proceedings.
