Divorce, conveyancing and wills
Thanks to an extremely contentious and unpleasant divorce, I needed a lot of help and guidance from Heather. She helped me navigate the process and supported me throughout. I can't thank her enough.
Zara handled the house sale, which again was more complicated and protracted than it needed to be, but she kept all parties on track. Finally, Paul helped me set up my new will, so that I feel settled about the future. Huge thanks to you all.

Wonderful FTB Experience
Zara and her team were a pleasure to work with and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. All questions were met with understand and prompt answers. Potential issues with third parties that weren't even on my radar were investigated and quizzed ensuring as many bases were covered as possible.
Felt like there were no hold ups from our side as Zara was on top of queries and chased the other side diligently when required.
The quote was remarkably similar to the final cost meaning my budget wasn't impacted by any surprise costs.

Thorough, informative and communicative. Worth every penny.
Throughout the entire house move process Slater Heelis kept us fully informed of developments. They were thorough and made sure we were kept informed of everything throughout. The developer attempted to pressure us to complete multiple times despite the required paperwork not being in place. Slater Heelis made sure that any of those attempts were pushed back and acted in our interests. There’s too much for me to list here but rest assured that Slater Heelis are well worth the money. We do not have any intention to move any time soon but if and when that time comes we’ll use Slater Heelis again.

Sale of my parents' flat
Slater Heelis were extremely helpful all the way through the process of selling my parents' flat. They dealt promptly with queries and correspondence from the buyers' solicitors and from me. Both the partner (Zara Banday) and the conveyancing executive (Charlotte Padmore) work quite long hours to get things done as I received many enquiries and responses long after office hours.

Excellent work as usual
Having dealt with Slater Heelis for 40 or so years I have always found them to be terrific. I have used them for many areas, from commercial and domestic properties to litigation. I would highly recommend them to anyone, locally or nationally.
