Patient, kind and reassuring
Rachael and Molly (and earlier Emma too) were simply fantastic in aiding me in the conveyancing process. This is my first house and I have no family to guide me through, but Molly especially and Rachael put up with all my questions and ensured I had a full pack of purchasing information about the property.
