I tried to organise my Will a few years ago, even having gone so far as to make appointments with two solicitors. Unfortunately, on both occasions, I left feeling utterly confused and no further forward. When it came time to tackle the difficult and daunting subject again, I contacted Christian at Welland Valley Legal. And I'm so glad I did!

Probate experience
Everything was dealt with smoothly and efficiently.
The firm are very approachable, friendly and professional.
Probate was obtained quickly and it made a very pleasant change from my dealings with other solicitors in the past who have always seemed to take an age to deal with matters.

Power of Attorney
We were recommended to Welland Valley Legal by our accountants.
We met with Christian Jenkins from the firm, he was very friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable of our needs. He listened carefully to our needs and wishes before drafting documents, and when we were happy with the final draft he completed the whole process of legalising it.
We were kept informed throughout the process and would recommend them.

Excellent service at a difficult time
In the middle of filling in forms etc my husband passed away so I had to start again.

Wills Service
We had put off making Wills due to our perception of complexities of making such but we needn't have worried.

Application for Grant of Probate
I would recommend Welland Valley Legal, certainly for their knowledge of Probate Law.
The whole experience consisted of only one visit and the rest was done by email.
They were upfront with the costs and the whole experience was trouble free.

Excellent service
Welland Valley Legal were recommended to me when I needed to rewrite my Will.
Christian called to discuss requirements and then arranged a meeeting to discuss detail. He was knowledgeable and friendly and gave straightforward advice.
The new paperwork was drafted quickly and then completed once I was happy with the content.
I would recommend them to anyone needing legal advice and will use again when needed.

Updated Mirror Wills
Christian was very helpful in setting up our mirror wills, which included life interest trusts for our jointly owned property.
